FAQs

Question? When will my order ship?
Answer- Usually orders ship the day after they are placed. Embroidered items take 3-5 business days to ship out.
We ship using the USPS 2-3 day service or UPS ground  service. UPS overnight and 2nd Day Air
are also available for an additional charge.

Question? Are there quantity discounts?
Answer- Yes, starting at 12 aprons, call us for the price. Large quantity chef hat, and tablecloth
orders may also be subject to a discount.

Question? Can I return items?
Answer- Yes for most items, satisfaction is guaranteed, just return it within 30 days. Cotton aprons that are not
embroidered will receive full credit for the product. Value-line aprons can not be returned. For
embroidered aprons there is a 20% restocking fee on the apron and embroidery is not reimbursed.
Custom sized items may be returned for workmanship errors only.
Grosgrain products have a 50% restocking fee. .

Answer- Yes, we make tablecloths and napkins.

Can I order in large quantities for company gifts?
Answer- Yes, please call for shipping, fabric, price etc.. We'll need your logo if you want
it embroidered or screen printed.

Question? Can I get any other colors/fabrics?
Answer- Yes, for apron orders of 24+ or tablecloth orders of 12 or more we can supply you with
a rainbow of additional fabric choices and fabric blends..

Question? Can I have pockets on my aprons?
Answer- Yes, just choose the pocket configuration on the styles/order page.

Question? Can I have a style different than what is shown?
Answer- We can accommodate minor design changes for you, since we custom make each apron and
tablecloth
.

Question? Can my aprons, chef hats, tablecloths, and napkins be embroidered/monogrammed?
Answer- Yes, call us for prices.

Question? Is your site secure and why do you need my email address?
Answer- Yes, our site uses the latest encryption technology, you will see the URL switch to https and
see the lock. Our site is backed by the Trustware security service.
We use your email to send out shipping information. We never sell emails.

Question? What payment methods do you accept?
Answer- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept money
orders and personal checks but we don't start on the product until we have the payment.
